09/25/2010 – Roebling Roads Raceway

The Coastal Empire region PCA is pleased to announce that it has been selected by the Heroes On Track (H.O.T.) project to host 25 wounded warriors from South Carolina and Georgia at our September 25th Driver’s Education (DE) event at Roebling Roads Raceway in Savannah, Georgia.

Each soldier and veteran will either ride with an Instructor in a modified session or in a Touring Lap with a family member attending with them. A classroom session, lunch and other activities are planned. This is a rare opportunity to combine our passion for our wonderful hobby, motorsports, with our sense of civic pride and gratitude for the sacrifices of the fine young men and women that are serving our nation. If you have never attended a DE before, this is the best time to begin and if you’re a DE regular, then we need you to come out and volunteer to help make this event a success for our clubs and for the wounded warriors. Other marquee clubs and regions are strongly encouraged to participate with us.
